Refund policy

Applicability:

By using the Belyong Exchanges Portal, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Please check the policy each time you wish to use the portal, as it may be updated.

Return & Exchange Timeframe:

7 days from the date of delivery to request exchanges or returns.

Product Conditions for Return/Exchange:

The product must be in unused, undamaged, unwashed condition with tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

The product cannot be altered (unless it’s a vendor defect).

Damage or Defective Product:

If the product is damaged, defective, or the accessories are missing, initiate the return/exchange within 24 hours after delivery.

A defective product is one that has manufacturing flaws, such as damaged stitching, misprints, incorrect sizing, or fabric damage.

Return/Exchange Process:

Once the request is accepted, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 24-48 hours.

If the product is not picked up, you will need to return it to the warehouse address.

After receiving the return, the product will go through a Quality Check before processing.

All return orders will be processed promptly, and a credit note will be shared with you via your registered email address once the QC is completed.

Refund/Credit Process:

Each piece is crafted and made exclusively for you — which means we don’t restock or resell returned items.

However, we offer a 7-day exchange or store credit once the product passes our Quality Check (QC) process, if your size doesn’t fit right.

The credit note will be shared with you via your registered email address.

Gift Cards/Store Credit Clarification:

Gift cards issued as part of refunds can be redeemed on our website.

They are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance and are non-refundable.

Easier Process for Faulty/Defective Products:

If a product is defective, we will prioritize your exchange request to ensure you receive a replacement as soon as possible, typically within 8-10 working days.

Holiday Exceptions/Peak Season Handling:

Please note that during peak seasons (e.g., holiday sales), processing times for returns and exchanges may be slightly longer than usual.

Clarification of "Sale" Terms:

Items purchased during flash sales, promotional events, or others offers are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
